Switch to new id for AniDB UDP API #2

KADR is still currently using adbren v5 to authenticate with the AniDB UDP API, despite the fact that it is a fork of adbren v4. The new id needs to be registered on AniDB, and the code updated.

As of r66cce9ea07bb2b0886579e1b7d807b6dcfda5f01, this is fixed.
