unable to save annotations #4

with NP files, save annotations does not do anything

I have now connected the Export to CSV option on the Annotations menu. and grayed out other unconnected menu options

Note: to save the annotations on the project you just need to press Ctrl+S wich calls the save project menu option. All annotations are kept in the project file.
