NDF converter bug: unusable #52

On using NDF converter:

when you press the convert button, PyEcog main window opens n_core times and no conversion starts

only when running on windows through pycharms. Works fine when called from the cmd line

Cool, I'll try to fix it out next time I work on Windows, but it doesn't seem urgent for regular users then.
