2 years ago You can do this in the classifier options widget, with the "homogenize ticked labels" button. It's a bit hidden, so maybe we can move/replicate it somewhere else.
This is more of a design choice discussion that can be had rather than an issue. So in the future I would try to put this sort of things in the discussions panel rather than here in issues. let's try to reserve issues for mostly bugs and maybe identifying critical missing features.
When annotating large numbers of animals, it would be useful to be able to save the annotation labels and apply them to every animal in a project. That way the colour and label name are more likely to be consistent between animals in a project.
