Adjusting the end of an annotated even jumps the trace display window #73

Selecting and moving the end of an annotated event that is larger than the display window jumps the cursor and to the start of the event making it impossible to finely adjust the end of an annotation. Please could the display window remain stable when adjusting the end of an annotation.

OK, changed behavior such that when changing the focused annotation from a click on the inset window, it does not change the field of view (Development_ML branch for now - soon will change in master as well).
