Fix Player Disable Behavior

[Kuma-Boo]

Reworks player disabling to be consistent across bosses and the options menu. Also fixes the following bugs:

• Homing Attack Trails being visible during cutscenes.
• Lockon Cursors being visible during cutscenes.
