[FEATURE REQUEST] Create a NGO channel, where NGO post about pets #1

Create a own dedicated NGO's channel where, a certain NGO can post on thier own channel, where NGO's should be verfied by the documents and should be given a verified tick on thier username, to mark them as safe vendor, an channel post will be same as the normal post but it will show in the dedicated channel list, user can follow them etc.

That's the long term goal Alish, to have full fletched application to cater end to end solution that comes while adopting a pet and helping individuals/NGOs; the solutions are endless and most of the them might defiantly work.

The tricky part is the implementation part while maintaining the best engineering practices. Forks who are really passionate about solving real world problems and not just for their resume but to really make a good impact are very rare; most of the software engineers I've met could contribute to this project but most of them chose not to, if you're someone who's really passionate, let me know how I can help you to get started for contributing to this project.
