[DOCS] <Changes in readme format> [SSOC'23] #1778

This format of points looks does not look professional. A bullet point followed by a two sub-points. These are my solution to the issue:

We can use bold or italics to differentiate sub-points from the main bullet points. This way, there is visual distinction without using nested bullet points. Instead of using bullet points for sub-points, we can number them to show their order or importance. This gives a clear structure to the content without nesting. For example: Topic A Sub-topic A1 Sub-topic A2

Please assign this to me under SSOC'23. ssoc
