Adding feature docs #26

Adding some docs (never linked out anywhere) about the features that JABS uses. This commit is mostly to migrate some important docs from another place to where it belongs

The other docs were originally written by @pa-glen and have been updated to include the following:

format change to markdown
static objects features added
counts for different subsets (which are controllable via UI)

The documentation of the features looks good. The different sections for static objects and social features is nice too. No issues from my end.
