While going through these instructions, I took some time to improve the formatting. I have a couple of questions:

For the simulation readme, is it better to put that into the autonomy_simulation repo?
How does that repo interact with this one?

yes I think that's a good idea
when you launch the launch file / tmux script specified in the readme, it will use pkgs in both autonomy_simulation and this repo.
