Request for the function for the Pointperfect(RTK-PPP from D9S) #246

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hi, I would like to ask if there is any possible to enble this function, because I need the SPARTN msg to correct my GNSS. Convention method is the RTCM but I could not use this, can you add this function? I used Ublox-NEO-D9S and Ublox-ZED-F9P and rely only on L-Band.
