Contact: Marsha Hooks Who: CAT Employees at participating facilities (List of Facilities attached below) What: As a CAT Employee, I would like a page to input my vehicle license details.

• License page should be tied to the user.
• Manager's will have this view for their own vehicle details.
• Include a notice with the following message:
  • "Please input your vehicle(s) that may be parking in {Facilities} parking lot(s)"
• License page should have the following input fields:
  • Car Make
  • Car Model
  • Car Plate #
• Allow up to 3 Cars to be added.
