AWS Transcribe & Translate #32

Would love to have support for AWS Transcribe and Translate in Kumologica

@sparkyrider , We consider it as a valid nodes to be added to into catalogue. Transcribe node is currently added to the catalogue (Add more nodes panel). The node currently supports normal transcribe only. It doesn't support medical transcribe. The node can start job, delete job and get status of a given job.
Please try it out and share your feedback.

We have added translate node to our priority list . Will update you once the node is ready.
