Add examples for Machine Learning projects

Add examples for machine learning using python. You can add examples you have practiced on or some minor projects so beginners can see and learn from the implementation. Try to keep projects simple but all submissions are appreciated.

Make sure to add your examples and projects in /Machine Learning/{Project-name} folder. Try to comment your code as much as you can so it is easy to understand and learn from your code. Multiple submissions can be made and anyone can proceed with this issue.
