AttributeError: module 'cowin_api.models' has no attribute 'IO' #4

!pip install PyCoWIN-Kunal

This command is failing.

!pip install cowin_api works but import causes an IO error.

Use this command: pip install CoWIN-API-by-Kunal-Kumar-Sahoo
