Use directory structure for organizing volumes

Especially targeting dynamic volumes, create a standard directory structure for organizing volumes and snapshots. The root of the cluster's structure is already identified/configured in the setup.

Thinking about

• RootDir /Kubernetes/
  • Controller's tracking file (boltdb? flat file? csv?)
  • Volumes
  • Named (Pre-provisioned, directory created in controller's PublishVolume)
    • VolName
  • Dynamic (Dynamically provisioned, directory created in controller's CreateVolume)
    • VolName
  • Snapshots (Replace the volumes with snapshot directory in the path)
  • Named
    • VolName-(SnapshotDateTime)
  • Dynamic
    • VolName-(SnapshotDateTime)
