Menu Item Parameter Needed to fix routing issue in Joomla 2.5.x #1069

We need a show/hide menu item parameter that just toggles visibility of that specified menu item in order to fix the way routing works in Joomla 2.5.x (can't have an alias with submenu items pointed at the Kunena main menu).

This relates to a routing bug that causes an infinite loop. If a parent item is an alias its child is pointed to a forum category, it will cause that loop for anything in that category.
