purge and restore now via confirm box instead of separate view
added J5 sorting and filtering
Note: filtering is now basic (search), but we can extend (when time permits) to also filter on topic / category / author / etc.) This can be done in later stage as it doesn't break the functionality / purging / restoring

Check if layouts work, both for messages as for topics > do purge + restore
