Replace Copyrightyear with replacement token #9667

Summary of Changes

I have done a search and replace for "- 2024 Kunena" with "- @currentyear@ Kunena" (also for 2023 hardcoded in the privacy plugin. I have altered the build script to replace token @currentyear@ with the actual year at the time of executing the build script. Should same you some hassle when 2025 arrives :)

Testing Instructions

No code changes, all files have changed that have the copyright in it

Feel free to decline as you do not feel confident at the moment to make such a 'big' change
