The attachment is not added to the private message if it is set as private #9671

To Reproduce

Create a new topic or reply
Enter a short text
Upload an attachment and click on Set as Private

Actual result The attachment is uploaded as a normal attachment and is visible to everyone

Joomla version: ‎4.4.5-dev & 5.1.1-dev
Joomla template: CASSIOPEIA
Kunena version: 6.3.0-RC2-DEV
Kunena template: Aurelia
Php version: 8.2.16
Database version: 10.5.23-MariaDB
