Need to use JForm as component parameters, not JParameter as in J1.5. Also need to handle user creation in different way to J1.5.

What is missing for this one to be closed?

Currently component wont work in J1.6+ at all because of we use JParameters to render component parameters. I'm not aware of other issues, but this prevents me even from testing..
