ccBoard: Convert all code to use example exporter as a base
Add HTML to BBCode conversion functions
Improve and generalize userid mapping
Add time delta correction to messages
Disable external user conversion for Joomla components
Better error detection if export fails
example exporter: Fix some issues found while exporting ccBoard
Add default function getConfig() to both example and parent class
