Improve usability and add usage instructions #35

Last time I gave the importer to people who wanted to use it (a few months back), they had to ask help to finish migration.

Let's make it easier to use:

Nice startup screen with cool icons and usage instructions
Cleaner look
Don't show unused configuration parameters
Select all import options by default (one click import)
Truncate selected tables before import (no more white screens on duplicate entries)
Unselect already imported tasks
Changing configuration options should have effect when clicking "Import" or "Truncate"
