Make a room visual box that triggers on the "else" of the normal visual bucket limit to show the bucket

This will allow us to see our bucket even when room visuals turn off from a low bucket, for a better idea of whats going on without having to use the console.

Also consider adding more equally important information to this so debugging doesn't get harder because our visuals were turned off
