Reported by Donut, though the SMW Central server also reported some conflicts. Caused by #245, which was done to partially resolve #243.
Turns out we made a mistake and conflicted with some patches that were using the area... or at least the PLB and RTL opcodes. This, in turn, means some patches were breaking where they weren't before.
