Fix different ordering in hierarchical/mind map views. #354

I noticed different ordering when using the nosort tag.

Since I was a bit lost I extracted all visual sorting to functions to have a clear picture myself, maybe it's gone too far.

Also, I'm quite rusty in my lisp skills, so I might have messed up something in the process.

Could be a nice way to make the code of the dense functions a bit easier to read. I'll have to test it first, but will merge if it all checks out. Thanks!
