based on #16 We need to get out a list of inputs we'll be requesting from the user to produce a quote for the insurance.

• [x] List out the inputs we want to gather from the user.
• [x] Group the inputs into sections.
• [ ] Create tickets to develop React Components for each of these sections: This would be separated into different tickets to handle.
