Update location header capitalisation #84

Resolves issue where the tool is unable to pick up the location header due to the location response header no longer being fully lowercase. Concerns #82.

Closing as https://github.com/KunoichiZ/lumaupdate/commit/3748676b04a4158ebe4672ace44c0d325fae0c34 uses the most ideal method of dealing with the issue.
