Require the same packages as the symfony/website-skeleton + our cms packages (and required deprendencies).
I've removed the behat dependencies as we don't provide behat out-of-the-box and the users should just do a behat setup for their envorinment. They can just executecomposer req behat/symfony2-extension to get the official recipe with correct default config
