Option to change the order of the fields inside a template #1495

It should be possible to change the order of the fields inside a template. Currently I have to delete a template, when the order of the fields is not optimal and to create the same template with the better order of the fields.

Indeed, as they are custom fields, it will be the same way as feature https://github.com/Kunzisoft/KeePassDX/issues/1230.
