Could not read credentials #1931

Hello, so i am keep getting this error " Could not read credentials" before it was ok but today i login and get this

there is my several passwords and i do need those, is it possible to restore it?

what should i do to restore it? i need some passowds there

This is only possible if you have a database backup. If you don't and you're using cloud synchronization, check that the file isn't in a file history. No it is not in history, i have saved ones and leave it never use it until today, so have no idea why it should be corrupted, beckup i dont thinks where to find backups? no synchronizations has been made

I am using button "Open existing vault" and then choosing db file after that i get an error, there is some file in history but it also gives an error like : permission denide and some uri ...
