Add Warnings-only mode #11

Command-line argument -w (--warnings-only) would show none of the json details at all, including the contents of generated-sounds.json. It would ask the user all the same questions, just not show any of the details (except warnings)

Rebranded "warnings-only" to "quiet" and also suppressing informational headers. Only the questions to the users and the warnings are displayed in this mode.
