Add a "show combination" mode #8

Command-line argument -c (--show-completed) would print to the console the entire sounds.json made by the combination of the existing pack and the incoming generated-sounds.json.

This would change the existing behavior by removing the printing of the final combination file unless explicitly called-for with this new argument.

After adding "quiet" mode, this probably isn't necessary
