Date & Time: 2018 Feb 21 evening (got a coffer)

Character Name: Hydro

Nation: Bastok

Job Info: WHM68/BLM34

Zone Name: Ru'Aun Gardens

NPC/Monster/Item Name (If involved.): Treasure Coffer

Position (use !where in game):

Were you multiboxing/dualboxing?: yes

Steps to reproduce the issue: after server reset, open coffer and wait 15 minutes

Any additional information:

Coffer spawns but doesn't respawn. So we get 1 coffer for each server reset.
