San d'Oria mission 8-1 #31

NPC/Monster/Item Name (If involved.): Halver (previous CS)

Position (use !where in game): zone into northern sandoria

Client Version (use /ver in game): 30161227_1

Are you using Ashita or Windower? (If so say which one.): Ashita

Were you multiboxing/dualboxing?: yes

Steps to reproduce the issue: Talk to Halver at end of sandy mission 8-1, then wait until after server midnight. Now it's impossible to continue missions.

Any additional information: The mission is supposed to force you to wait before continuing missions. (wiki currently says "Wait 1 minute" - I think it was longer in era.)

Current Kupo forces you to NOT wait. If you do wait, it's impossible to ever continue missions.
