Steps to reproduce the issue: Currently, same type elegies do not overwrite. Battlefield elegy is correctly overwritten by Carnage elegy, but on retail Carnage elegy will overwrite Carnage elegy as long as the latest cast's slow% is equal or greater value.
Examples (assuming same combined singing +(wind or string):
-2hr Carnage elegy cannot be overwritten by non-2hr elegies.
-Carnage Elegy with a Horn+1 cannot be overwritten by Carnage elegy with Horn.
-Carnage Elegy with Horn+1 can overwrite Carnage Elegy with Horn+1.

Any additional information: Edit: Wanted to provide some sort of proof of this in the event no one is able to log in to retail to prove this.
