Restructure of simba clean subcommands into using:

simba clean \<host1> \<host2> ... Cleans the hosts, can be used with startat flag
simba clean --all Cleans the whole bucket

We need to rebase this on dev since #79 merged. Other than that it looks good! :+1:

I merged dev into this branch. It solves the merge conflicts and moves everything that should be in cli_setup to the correct place.

I have tested deleting a single host, multiple hosts, and an entire bucket. Everything seems to work, well done!
