Error #19

Every time I try to open a .package, I get this:

Error reading resource 0x034AEECB-0x80000000-0x9F45DAC7F3D96E83 Front-end Distribution: 14-0920-48 Library Distribution: 14-111-301

Could not find a resource handler

Also, I can't see the "export as dds" button.
