Installer Updating FLauncher if Already Exists? #35

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is confusing and most likely frustrating to have to uninstall the FLauncher once you want to upgrade.

Describe the solution you'd like The installer exe to do that?

idk if this is possible, if not, simply close issue.

I think it is, there is a UUID update parameter that I saw which I belive would do it but I havent read into how it works
