fixed destination directory for test sheets, added default parameter for sfcStyles #90

Building the test sheets from a fresh clone prior to testing replicates the named issue here, so it seems like an additional test isn't necessary, but I could be wrong on that.

Additionally, while doing this, I found that the destination for building test sheets appeared to be the wrong directory (../__tests instead of ../__tests__). 13 tests were failing without this change, all due to missing files.

This looks great! I'm going to merge this in with some other pending changes tomorrow and then get it published to NPM. Thanks for finding this bit of me being an idiot!
