document the graph theme rdf creation process #55

  1. Download the google sheet here as an xlsx file: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17-MXAugIzrxBICMkh1VYvqkPfiwgLrOP8WXHnRaAV8s/edit#gid=364042
  2. Clone the BODC Matcher repo: git@github.com:Kurrawong/fair-ease-matcher.git (you should have access - if not contact david@kurrawong.ai)
  3. Place the xlsx file in the data/categories folder
  4. Update line 9 in src/graph-partitioning/create_system_graphs.py to reflect the downloaded filename
  5. Run the python script in step 4
  6. This should produce output RDF in /output/graph_categories
  7. Upload the data to the triplestore
