Extend Predicate and Object schedule

Extend the labelling handling to additional predicates and some objects.

Predicates

• old well-known onts
  • rdfs:label
  • dcterms:provenance
  • prov:wasAttributedTo
  • reg:status - GeoFeatures
  • dcat:theme - Stat Areas for Landform Type

Nick will add examples of these properties & objects to the various datasets and work handling of them into the static context file too.

• Local - A feature within same dataset
  • add SA4 801 to ASGS dataset and allow refs to it from SA3s to be handled nicely, i.e. use its label for hyperlinks

    • status range values
      • by recognising the property, we then look up the range value in the OGC Rainbow
    • LandUseClassValue - Stat Areas
