fix cftr2 lists #31

these are 99% correct, but off a little bit. I'm going to create good enough files now. implement the steps and then go back and pull my hair out (fix).

this is going to be have to be redone anyways as cftr2 is updated. need to create a mechanism to update resource files when cftr2 is updated...which currently happens a few times a year.
