make hold id for md5 validation possible for multiple projects #60

although unlikely, it is possible to do so as the pipeline allows that for everything else...actually, since doing this for multiple projects is a waste, should try just doing this for just the submission...maybe use submit stamp as the unique identifier...

no, nevermind, have to do it for each project. wasteful or not since logs and outputs go to each individual project.

overthought this. no need to do this as the project wrap-up is already done for each project so I had already implemented this correctly and don't need to build an additional hold id.
