automatically delete the following folders. HC_CRAM. MIXED. INDEL. GVCF/AGGREGATE. TEMP. MULTI_SAMPLE/VARIANT_SUMMARY_STATS

won't delete automatically since that is no longer in scope due to real world workflow, but it might be helpful to detect and summarize and post to channel...not sure if I will spend any effort on doing this or just eventually close this ticket...
