what to do with files with white space in names or paths... #254

files don't get compressed. which is ok. leaves junk behind, which I might just live with for now.

reopening...i can compress these files. at least standard files. problem at the moment is how to add them to the summary. there is a non-trivial amount of genotyping data hiding in release folders that have white spaces in them that are not getting compressed...will try to find a way to add them to the summary, but might just have to compress them and accept that they won't get summarized properly.
