currently making the assumption that normal subject ID shares the same base subject ID as tumor and has "_N" appended. although this will likely break and I'll need to continually jury-rig things, i have nothing else to work from right now. in any case, need to query qc report for normal project sm tag, project, etc. probably best to make this standard for all steps where I i am querying normal subject id.

when migrating to new sample input manifest this will no longer be necessary
