assumption: need to generate sample sheet during paired calling to feed ben's enhanced qc report #49

think i can do it by doing a look up of sm tags and query cram headers to generate a sample sheet and then call ben's qc report. I have a script already that takes the qc report in, will need to create a similar application to use the new manifest.
