noted that qc report is out of sync. also not sure if the liftover to grch38 when gt array is grch38 is working correctly. this pipeline might be out of sync with grch38 pipelines due to lack of use and priorities, etc. need to look over. not sure if this pipeline will be used so this is low priority, but wanted to mark it down to be looked at if i ever have time or this becomes needed.
