md5sum hash for gvcf #1

TODO: although not as critical as the cram deliverable, if the gvcf is going to be used as a deliverable. a hash should be created at generation since there are no guarantees that it will done at any other time or at the correct time.

done. in same folder as gvcf file. file has md5 as the suffix.
